Outlook - Set scheduled date and time to send e-mail

This will only work if Outlook is open and running at the scheduled date and time set for the e-mail delivery.  If you need to send a scheduled send when you are not available, use the scheduled send option in Outlook online (OWA) – https://outlook.cornell.edu
