Hi everyone, the Proctor tests have been sent to all the various locations. I still have two of you have never told me where you're taking it. Hence you may or may not have a test at those locations. I absolutely need that information. Remember, you must make an appointment no matter where you're taking it. This is new, but you absolutely must make an appointment. You no longer allowed to just walk in. If you aren't certain about if you need an appointment or not, please call. That's your responsibility over here at the regional centers. You can click on the various regional centers and find out if they will allow you to do a walk in. We are being told as instructors every student now needs an appointment. If you're taking it at KCC departments at KCC on the homepage and then academic support, which is where the testing is, and then academic testing and students, click here to schedule your test. Now I showed this previously, but the thing I wasn't aware of is you actually have to schedule in 30 minute increments. So you're going to schedule your 30 minute block. You're going to remember that your paper pencil 1A and then you're going to type in everything and hit confirm. Then it's going to ask do you want to make another appointment? You are allowed up to two hours for my test, but they have to be consecutive. So you're actually going to do this four times. You're going to do 9 and you're going to remember your 1A and then you're going to do 930 and then you're going to do 10 and then you're going to do 1030. The test absolutely is due no later than the due date. So you can take it on or before, but you absolutely have to take it by the due date. So remember, you can find all of the given due dates in our online class over under the assignments button. The very first one, you're in Unit 2 if we click here. Your unit to due date for this test is on or before September 24th. You need to schedule soon. There's a lot of students and if all of those time slots are filled up, you may have issues. So please get scheduled as soon as possible. The tests are all at the various locations. Have a great day.
