Kicking on Back with Kickboard and Fins.mp4

This drill serves to help develop the swimmers ability to kick on their back, a basic skill that can be built upon with more advanced version of kicking on one's back and eventually with drills to develop backstroke technique. This drill can be performed with or without fins, but for the purpose of this demonstration, I have used fins. This drill can also be progressed by removing the kickboard and kicking on one's back with their arms outstretched overhead in a streamline position.
