LastPass - Disable icon and autofill within Acumatica

For some text fields in Acumatica, LastPass is detecting it as a field that can be autofilled.  To prevent this from happening, add cornell.acumatica.com to the "Never URL" tab in LastPass vault.  More info: https://support.lastpass.com/help/add-a-site-as-a-never-url
